Service your trucks on miles, not guesswork

We're building a Zubie connection so The Perfect Inventory can read the mileage from your vehicles and schedule maintenance on distance actually driven — instead of a date on a calendar that has nothing to do with how hard a truck has been worked.

Not released yet. If you run Zubie and want it, tell us — we're shaping it around real fleets.

Why mileage

A truck on a dense route wears out faster than one that isn't

Date-based servicing treats every vehicle the same. The one covering a wide rural territory hits its next service long before the calendar says so; the one doing short local stops gets pulled in early for no reason.

Reading the odometer straight from Zubie means a service is due when the vehicle has actually done the miles — without anyone writing numbers on a clipboard.

  • Read current mileage per vehicle, automatically
  • Match a Zubie vehicle to equipment you already track
  • Set service intervals in miles as well as dates
  • See what is due, and what is overdue, by distance

Planned scope. We'll say plainly when each part is live.

How it will work

It reads your Zubie account. It never writes to it.

You approve access from your own Zubie account, and it can be withdrawn there at any time. The connection only ever reads vehicle information — it cannot change anything in Zubie, and it does not track your people.

You authorise it

Approve access from inside your Zubie account. No credentials are shared with anyone else, and you can revoke it whenever you like.

We read mileage

Vehicle odometer readings, and nothing beyond what the maintenance schedule needs.

Service comes due

Your equipment records gain a mileage trigger alongside the date-based schedules already there.

Run Zubie? Help us build the right thing

We'd rather shape this around how fleets actually service vehicles than guess. Tell us what you track today and what you wish were automatic.
