Integrations

Works with what you already run

You already have a scheduling system and probably something watching your trucks. Rather than ask you to replace them, The Perfect Inventory reads from them — so what your crews actually used, and how far your vehicles actually drove, line up with what left your shelves.

Available now

ServiceMinder

Pulls in the product recorded against every service call — how much, which day, which route, which customer — then compares it against what your crews checked out here. That gap is where product goes missing.

  • Product applied per service call, per route
  • Checked out vs applied, with the biggest gaps first
  • A coverage figure, so you know how complete the picture is
  • Read-only — it never writes back to ServiceMinder
How the ServiceMinder integration works
In development

Zubie

Reads vehicle mileage so maintenance comes due on distance actually driven, not a date on a calendar. A truck working a wide territory needs servicing sooner than one doing short local stops — dates can't tell them apart.

  • Current mileage per vehicle, read automatically
  • Match a Zubie vehicle to equipment you already track
  • Service intervals in miles alongside dates
  • Read-only, and you authorise it from your own Zubie account
What we're building
How we build them

We read. We don't reach into your systems.

Every integration we build is read-only. Nothing is written back to the system you connect, and nothing silently rewrites your stock counts or your compliance records here. Imported data is shown to you, and you decide what it means.

Read-only, always

A connection can look at your data. It cannot change, create or delete anything in the system it connects to.

Off unless you turn it on

Integrations are optional. If you do not use one, it does not appear anywhere and nothing about the product changes.

Honest about coverage

Imported data is only as complete as the records behind it. We show you how much we can actually see rather than a confident number that hides the gaps.

More coming

Which one should we build next?

We build integrations because customers ask for them, not to fill a logo wall. If the system you rely on isn't here — scheduling, accounting, fleet, payroll — tell us. The ones we hear about most are the ones we build.
